This spring break, Cinnamon Shore — a master-planned vacation home community in Port Aransas — is opening “Sage and Sea” as a design showhouse for its first-ever Best in Texas Coastal Home Tour. From March 8-22, the public can tour the home daily from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., with proceeds benefiting the Port Aransas Education Foundation. Tickets are available at the door for $10 per person or $25 per family. After touring the home, tour-goers can enjoy family spring break activities held at many Cinnamon Shore amenities.
The luxury Gulf-front home showcases coastal architecture and interior design by Texas designers and a builder. With interiors designed by Melinda Servick and her team at Sol Design, this stunning home features interiors that evoke breezy elegance and sophisticated coastal charm. Built by Seven Custom Homes, the residence boasts a smart floor plan that embodies the ease and luxury of life by the shore.
